If your 715 Health Check is current (within the last 9–12 months) and completed at a participating clinic, you’ll be automatically entered into the draw.
What is a 715 Health Check?
A 715 Health Check is a free annual health assessment for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The appointment will be approximately one hour.
