Start Times
Start: 8:00am
Please arrive early to allow plenty of time for uniforms collection.
Team Numbers
Maximum 14 players per team, only registered players can participate in the carnival. If your team consists of players who are not registered, your team may be at risk of being disqualified.
Team lists must be submitted by Friday, 9 October.
Do I have to provide a 715 Health Check or have a Booking Confirmation?
All Deadly Choices events require participants to have an up to date 715 Health Check.
No 715 Health Check = No Play
All 715 Health Check Form and Booking Confirmation Forms MUST be uploaded.
Please note that all 715 Health Check Forms MUST contain the stamp from the Aboriginal Medical Service where the 715 Health Check was completed.
Will food be provided?
This is a sugar-free event. Canteen on-site will be available.
Free water stations will be available throughout the day.
Do I need to pay to play?
No Payment is required for U12s Mixed, U14s Mixed or Open Mixed (Social) Divisions.
Payment of $250 per team is required to compete in the U16 Mixed Division and $750 per team for Open Mixed (Competitive)
This payment is due by Friday, 9 October.
Can I register as an individual?
No individual registrations will be accepted, only team registrations.
When do registrations close?
Registrations will close Friday, 9 October or when the event reaches capacity.
Will there be prizes?
Yes, Deadly prizes are up for grabs!
Prize money for Open Mixed (Competitive) and U16s. Rebel Sports Gift cards for U14s and U12s.
Note: Prize money paid to nominated team account within 1 week post carnival.
Uniforms
Teams may submit their own design for team apparel. Designs must be submitted to Struddys by Friday, 11 September. If your team does not submit an order by due date your team will be given a generic design and sizing.
When will we recieve the draw?
The Official Draw for the DC Touch Carnival will be conducted by the Deadly Choices Events Team & Brisbane Metro Touch Association. Please note that teams will not receive the Draw until the week of the event. This allows for any last-minute changes and draw interruptions to be accounted for.
Where can I get a 715 Health Check?
You can get your 715 Health Check at your local Community Controlled Health Service or GP. Please ensure they fill out our health check completion form with a stamp to submit as a part of your registration.
This is a smoke, vape, alcohol, drug and sugar free event.
