Deadly Choices has teamed up with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages to provide kids aged up to 5 years with a FREE Deadly Choices Birth Certificate package!

The commemorative package includes a limited edition Deadly Choices commemorative birth certificate design (choose from Brisbane Broncos, Gold Coast Titans, North Queensland Cowboys, or Deadly Choices designs). PLUS a legal birth certificate which bub will need for things like enrolling in school and applying for a driver’s license.

The commemorative Birth Certificates are available through participating clinics for Aboriginal and, or Torres Strait Islander children born in Queensland aged up to 5. The child must be up to date with their health checks and vaccinations.
