Petero’s Deadly Choice: To eat healthy and be active with my kids

Petero is a former rugby league player, who was born in Suva, Fiji.

He played 235 games for the Brisbane Broncos, winning two NRL Premierships in 1998 and 2006. He played 74 games for the Penrith Panthers, becoming the 17th player in NRL history to play 300 NRL games.

Petero also played representative football, with 33 games for Queensland, 45 test matches for Australia, and six tests for Fiji.

As a Deadly Choices Ambassador, Petero wants to lead by example and inspire and encourage positive attitudes and behaviours when it comes to leading a healthy life. As a father of four, he has a strong passion for youth and encouraging and guiding their development towards becoming the best that they can be.
