The chicken & vegetable skewers recipe is great for a nice summer meal.
Ingredients
2 Chicken breasts
1 Zucchini
1 Punnet of cherry tomatoes 1 Capsicum
1 Onion
1 Pineapple (optional)
Oil
Equipment
Mixing bowls
Sharp knives
Chopping boards
BBQ/frying pan
Long wooden skewers
Method
- Chop chicken breast into small bite sized pieces.
- Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces.
- Heat pan or BBQ up ready for cooking with half a table spoon of oil.
- Place all chopped ingredients onto skewers carefully.
- Place on pan or BBQ until cooked.
- Serve.
