DC FIT

Our DC FIT program embodies inclusivity across all fitness levels. It’s designed to cater to the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 16 to 25, offering tailored and safe physical activities within a supportive community environment.

Free from judgment and preconceived expectations, DC FIT welcomes participants wherever they are in their fitness journey and helps to build sustainable habits for a fulfilling and improved quality of life.

We currently offer the DC FIT program at the following locations: 

 

NORTH BRISBANE: 

DC FIT - Strength and fitness for runners 

Sundays 4:00pm-5:00pm

Sandgate foreshore (behind the pool) 

 

DC MOVE - Elders exercise program 

Mondays 10:00am-11:00am

Jetts Gym, Shop 3/363 Gympie Rd, Strathpine QLD 4500

 

DC FIT 16yrs-19rs OUT OF SCHOOL

Thursdays 1:45pm-2:45pm

DC FIT 13yrs-19yrs STUDENTS
