The three dugongs swimming in the deep blue waters show how confident and fearless they are. Being leaders of their herd, warrior of their water. Nothing can harm them.

The turtle shows how free we are – we can do anything and everything. At the end of every day, we must always keep strong and always have a dugong’s hope. With this we will never be lost, hungry, cause we are sea-like people.
