Jarrod's Deadly Choice: Making the right choices when it comes to eating healthy and keeping active, and inspiring the next generation to do the same

Jarrod Harbrow currently plays as a defender for the Gold Coast SUNS.

Jarrod was born in Cairns and is a Yirrganydji man. Originally drafted to the Western Bulldogs as a rookie in 2007, he played 70 games before making the move to the Gold Coast SUNS in 2010.

He has played 150 games for the Gold Coast SUNS and 220 so far at the elite level.

Jarrod has also played representative football, selected for the Indigenous All Stars Representative team in 2009, 2013, and 2015, and the All Australian Squad in 2013.

"I want to be a Deadly Choices ambassador because as a professional athlete, it’s important for me to make the right choices when it comes to eating healthy and keeping active", says Jarrod.

"I also want to inspire the next generation to do the same and become young resilient leaders".
